(1):What is the 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee?
We are committed to making sure you are 100% satisfied with our service. To ensure you get the best product possible, every item is personally inspected by a MINCI team member before it is delivered to you! Even though we do our best to ensure that your product arrives in perfect condition, we cannot completely prevent accidents from happening. If you find any problems with your product, please take a picture of the problem within 10 days of receipt and contact us immediately so that MINCI can follow up with you to return or exchange your product.
If you have missed the above 30-day return period, please rest assured that we will provide you with the greatest peace of mind!
(2): If you provide us with proof of the problem within 6 months of receipt of the product, you can exchange your product for the same model, if the damage is not caused by man or accident, only once.MINCIwill have someone to follow up with you and find a solution to ensure your satisfaction with our service.
(3):If I don't like the product I purchased, can I return it?
If you would like to return your product, please contact us within 30 days of receipt (based on the date of receipt on the tracking record, if applicable) to request a return without stating the reason (although we hope you can state the reason so that we can further improve our products and services). We will give you instructions and follow up on the return. We accept one-time returns only, and products must be returned in good condition. Product returns are subject to certain restrictions, please continue reading "Product Return Restrictions".
(4):Product Return Restrictions.
1. Please note that if you purchase a personalized product, all personalized products can only be returned for 50% of the amount of the item (less discount and shipping) as the personalized product is your exclusive creative work.
2. Shipping costs are not refundable.
3. If the order was purchased from a store in Fujian, China, we accept refunds within 10 days of purchase (based on the date of purchase on the receipt). Please bring the unopened product and the original receipt to the store for return.
4. All products purchased from the Collector Series, Gold Phone Bug 3D stereoscopic AirPods Pro case, raffle products and special price area will not be refunded or returned under any circumstances, except for quality issues that have not been declared.
5. If the original product is no longer available or out of stock, we will arrange an exchange for a similar product with your consent. In the event of any dispute,GAITDR reserves the right of final decision.
What do I do if I receive a defective product?
Please rest assured that we provide you with the utmost peace of mind. If you receive a product with a quality problem, please contact us and provide us with photos to prove it. Please note that customers must return all defective products. If the product is returned within ten days of receipt due to quality issues, we will cover the shipping costs involved in the return. However, if the goods are returned after ten days due to quality problems, the customer is responsible for all costs involved in the return of the goods. Until we receive the return package, the risk is the customer's responsibility. Therefore, we advise customers to use registered or traceable postal service when sending back the parcel to prevent any damage or loss in transit. Upon receipt of the product, we will arrange for a replacement of the same product for you immediately. If the product you need to replace is discontinued or out of stock, we will provide you with a similar product as a replacement. If you fail to return the product in question, or if the product is damaged or lost in any way during the return process, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange.
Do you have a maintenance service?
We offer a one-time six-month warranty on most of our selectedGAITDR products. If you have a problem with your product within the six-month warranty period, please contact us with a photo, order number or receipt and someone fromGAITDR will follow up with you to find a solution to ensure your satisfaction with our service.
Warranty Policy Notes.
1 Damage caused by man or accident is not covered.
2 The warranty service does not apply to scratches or any damage caused by normal aging, natural wear and tear of the product.
3 The service is limited to items purchased on the MINCI website or in stores. Any repair costs incurred due to damage to electronic devices are not covered by the warranty.
4 No refunds will be given for products that have been returned/exchanged after 10 days of unconditional return/exchange or for products that have received a one-time maintenance service for six months.
5 Please note that the customer must return all defective products. If you fail to return the product in question, or if the product is damaged or lost in any way during the return process, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange.
6 Shipping costs are non-refundable.
7 No exchange or refund will be given for lost or stolen products.
8 Screen protector, lens protector, Gold Phone Bug 3D stereoscopic AirPods Pro case, and exclusive limited edition gift box are not covered.
9 Warranty service will only be arranged for replacement of the same product. If the original product is discontinued or out of stock, we will arrange an exchange with a similar product with your consent. In case of any dispute,GAITDR reserves the right of final decision.
